Partnerships & account growth
Building trust, learning how partners operate, solving the problems that retain business, and turning strong relationships into durable commercial performance.
Across luxury travel, hospitality, sales, partnerships, and operations, I have grown revenue, protected margin, built long-term relationships, led frontline teams, and designed the workflows behind the service.

I understand the relationship and commercial side of a business deeply enough to improve the systems underneath it.
I began in hospitality, where service is immediate, operational, and visible. At the front desk, in business travel, and in catering and group sales, I learned how staffing, pricing, contracts, forecasting, communication, and execution converge in a single guest experience.
At Ultimate Jet Vacations, I built a B2B travel-advisor book from the ground up as the company grew from a four-person startup into a multimillion-dollar luxury wholesaler. Across eight years, I generated $24.1M+ in sales and $2.48M in profit at a 10.28% aggregate margin. By my final year, approximately 95% of my production came from established advisor relationships—business earned through trust, commercial judgment, supplier relationships, and solving complicated problems well.
Since 2020, I have worked independently across luxury travel advisory, advisor support, and business operations. That work has taken me further behind the experience: into client journeys, onboarding, pricing, commission economics, reporting, workflow design, automation, and AI-assisted operations.
The point is not technology for its own sake. It is making complex work more reliable without flattening the judgment, care, and relationships that give the work its value.
The numbers matter because they show the scale, trust, and operating discipline behind the work—not because the work can be reduced to numbers.
I do not separate the client promise from the commercial model, the partner relationship, or the operation responsible for delivering it.
Building trust, learning how partners operate, solving the problems that retain business, and turning strong relationships into durable commercial performance.
Pricing, negotiation, margin protection, contract terms, booking strategy, and the judgment to know when the best answer is not the most obvious one.
Understanding what discerning clients and guests are actually trying to accomplish, then coordinating the people, details, and decisions required to deliver it well.
Making invisible work explicit, strengthening workflows and records, and using automation where it reduces friction without replacing accountable human judgment.
How 129 operational controls became connected, human-governed infrastructure—and what that transformation revealed about complex service delivery.
I am most useful where trusted relationships, commercial stakes, and complex delivery all have to work at the same time.
